start > run > dan ketik regedit.
kemudian masuklah pada key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\ServiceProvider
dan rubah lah value data berikut:
LocalPriority=1f3 (499)=====menjadi=====005 (5) – local names cache
HostsPriority=1f4 (500)=====menjadi=====006 (6) – the HOSTS file
DnsPriority=7d0 (2000)======menjadi=====007 (7) – DNS
NetbtPriority=7d1 (2001)=====menjadi=====008 (8) biggrin.gif – NetBT name-resolution, including WINS
kemudian reboot/restart komputer anda.
atau bisa dengan cara lain yaitu copy script sederhana di bawah dan pastekan pada notepad anda

kemudian save as (nama).bat dan kemudian jalankan
untuk membuat timer off komputer menggunakan batch file
cukup menggunakan notepad saja.
>start>accesories>notepad
ata bisa ketik [windows] + r
maka akan keluar menu dialog run comand.
kemudian ketik notepad.
setelah notpad terbuka maka ketik :
c:\windows\system32\shutdown -s -f -t 600
dimana angka 600 adalah time dalam satuan second/detik untuk jeda shutdown komputer
dan kita bisa merubahnya dengan sesuka hati
setelah mengetik diatas maka save dengan extensi *.bat
misal off.bat
dan kemudian tinggal menjalankan.
